Opportunities at the BTTB-GBTA Annual Conference
Limited opportunities are available for sponsors to participate in the programme. For 2016 these opportunities will primarily involve leading and participating in round-table sessions. There may also be some opportunities to present in streamed seminars.
The plenary or keynote programme in 2016 will be developed independent of sponsors, though there may be opportunities for a sponsor to ‘sponsor’ a keynote speaker. However, this must not be one of their own staff.
As an event partner, you build brand awareness throughout the marketing life-cycle and have prominent positioning at the event itself. Partner packages come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Let us work with you on developing the package that delivers you the best return on your investment.
Sponsoring a networking function such as the cocktail function at the end of day one, or by hosting a private party are a great way to engage with the audience. If sponsoring the cocktails you will get the opportunity to provide a short presentation in the main plenary hall immediately before the relevant break and have a number of your team members there to maximize the networking opportunities. If you wish to host a private party during the conference (usually after the cocktails on day one), please contact us to discuss how we can work with you to promote the event.
This is where you can build you direct sales pipeline. Your exhibition booth provides you the platform from which to meet and engage with senior decision makers, either confirming relationships with existing customers or prospects, or developing new ones.
